kids in fashion 2012

hey ho, i want to talk about a project my sister models for. basically it works so: children from the age of 4 to 21 design clothes and a jury pics the best designs, which are then produced. every year in october there is a fashion show, where all the pieces are presented and my sister runs the second time for the show. i enjoyed the show last year very much and can't wait for this year's show. certainly i'll post my favourite designs but until now, i'll show you the photos from my sister's shoot.

hey guys, yesterday chiara ferragni posted the pictures of her mirror shoot. the pictures look gorgeous. i like how expressive chiara looks in her black outfits and playful and jauntily the environment seems. in all the pictures she stands on a small table. this position makes her look like a statue. its very stunning! my favourite pictures are those where she holds two dolls in her hands and richie, her boyfriend, sits on a rocking horse and the other one, where she's seen with all those cakes.yummie...

lana del ray for h&m autumn collection

today in austria the lana del ray for h&m autumn collection arrived in the stores + h&m came out with a lana del ray music video called "blue velvet" for this collection.
over all it's very sixties. soft and pastel shades but some red and black leather is also going on. the jewellery is not that special to me but there are some pullovers and blouses i'm interested in. i also like the knitwear quite a lot. in the collection are also some pencil skirts and dresses. they shoes are almost all in one colour and the clothes as well. but there are some pieces in floral optic and glitter. i'm also interested in the leather gloves and the white skirt. you'll have to hurry up if you want some of the items, some are already sold out. good luck. kisses S.

 

 

h&m check

 

hey guys, this post is something more serious. today i've watched a documentary from a german channel about h&m. the journalists checked how budget-friendly h&m products are, if the clothes are stylish and under which conditions they produce their stuff mainly in asia. especially the part about the production in asia made me very sad. it tears me apart, when i see children ,and adults as well, working under very bad conditions for very little money. children have no possibility to go to school because they have to work for their family for several reasons. i know that h&m tries his best and tries to follow the standards of the certain country, but like they mention in the video, the people from h&m could do much more! it's in our hand to change something. it doesn't mean that we should not buy at h&m anymore but we could write them, so that they could try to help these people in their factories.  h&m has enough power to change something! i won't stop buying at their stores but i'll try to change something with this post. for all the german speaking readers, here is the video i was talking about.. and for all the others, there are a bunch of videos concerning this topic out there. i want to say that i only mean h&m. no, i mean every label that produces cheaply in poorer areas in the world. we as the people can change something and with all the knowledge and money we have, it must be possible to change something! i hope all of you do something little to make our world to a better one. i'll also post a link to the official side of h&m. i know they have some good projects out there but i had to talk about this video as well. http://about.hm.com/content/hm/AboutSection/en/About/Sustainability.html

you need a fashion shower! - Anna Dello Russo 4 h&m

Hey guys, in two weeks, 4th of octobre 2012,  there will be the Anna Dello Russo at h&m collection available online and in selected stores. h&m made even a music video starring Anna Dello Russo, which is funny and the tune is very catchy. i'm so excited for all the pieces and i know for sure that i want the trenchcoat, one of the sunglasses and a bracelet, maybe i also go for the turquoise clutch. i'm pleased with h&m's choice and from what i've seen i like this collection much more than the versace for h&m. are you also so enthusiastic about this collaboration? kisses S.

Mosstories

hey guys, as you already know, i've been to vienna fashion week last week. i had very little time between the shows, so i couldn't really check out the showrooms but on sunday i did it properly and found these two wonderful pairs of earrings. the silver pair was a gift of my boyfriend and the other pair i purchased myself. i absoultely love these earrings. can't wait to style them.

Vie FW '12 Norwegian Night

hey guys, this is the last post of the vienna fashion week. sunday was my favourite day.  it was all about norwegian. three designers from norwegian presented their collections:

         i also went to the show of Smaranda Almasan

The main colour of the clothes was black, there were many layers and he used very extraordinary patterns. i instantly fell in love with the men's coat. it just falls perfectly . another piece a liked a lot was the bralette with the feathers. it looked outstanding. 

 

 

 

Fam Troll:

A really entertaining show was the show of fam troll. It was hilarious, colourful and very creative. The models danced and laughed a lot while walking down the aisle and the whole show felt like a party. Some pieces were very, very special.. now I understand more why lady gaga likes to wear fam troll. It was a great show.

I liked the the classic outfits and pattern of the show. There were some good must haves from this collection for the next season.

the last show of the night was from cecilie melli. i think this was the only collection where i wanted to have every piece. it was so romantic. every woman looked like a fairy, it was amazing. soft material and beautiful colours made every dress unique and stunning.

 

i can't wait for the next vienna fashion week. it was an honor.
